Screw-on Valve for Hygro+ Humidifier

Communication at this company is not great. We received a display model of the humidifier that was bolted and glued together in a box without explanation. The part we needed was not accessible as a result. However the next day, the part we needed was sent. Strange that someone would’ve sent the display model that really is of no use to anyone. Thank you for making things right in the end!

I like it but already had to replace the screw valve. The inside where the spring is at is very fragile. Ordered another one
