Q: There is scale in the tank, how should I clean it?
A: Unplug the product.
Add 100 ml water and 100 ml white vinegar to the tank.
Let it sit for 4 hours.
Rinse, clean with a damp cloth, and dry.
Press the 'OK' button for 10 seconds.
Maintenance tip: Clean the tank every 15 days. If not descaled before, let pure white vinegar act overnight.
Q: My blender doesn't work, what should I do?
A: Keep blending time to 5 seconds max.
Allow a 5-second rest between each blending jolt.
Ensure there's enough liquid; add it systematically.
For drier or harder foods, like potatoes, add more liquid.
Mix in stages instead of filling the bowl completely.
Wait 12 hours for the blender to reset.
Q: Where should I put the water?
A: The water should be poured into the water tank underneath the juice container.
