Duo Meal Station XL

Love this machine, it works beautifully. I love being able to steam multiple items and blend at the same time. I have been using it for almost 2 months now and love it just as much as when I got it. Last night we steamed kale, pears, and apple at the same time all while blending spaghetti squash. I love that we can use the left over juice from steaming in the blender as well. I will continue using this as she gets older for even healthy smoothies and blended veggie drinks for her. It is easy to clean, all but the bases are dishwasher safe. The option to thaw out baby food works well, as well as sterilizing bottles or pacifiers. This is a must if you want to make homemade food for baby, all for just being able to attend to your children while it cooks.

The product seems to be what we expected but the customer service was not. Order was supposed to ship within a couple of days which easily would have made it before the baby shower that it was a gift for. When it hadn't shipped, I started sending emails as there is no phone number to call. You get automated responses with no valid information. I finally received an email on the Friday before the Sunday shower telling me the order wouldn't ship until Monday, the day after I needed it. Needless to say, I was not happy, Then, the product showed up overnight on Saturday and I was able to deliver it to the new mom. Everything worked out in the end but the customer service is very impersonal and very poor.

I wish they had this item when my 26 year old daughter was born! I use this everyday for my 8 month old granddaughter and I love how she has the freshest foods steamed safe, and sanitized bottles!! I also use the defroster for her frozen items. This works as good as my small Kitchen Aid processor AND I have even used it for my husband and I to steam our rice and vegetables! I NEVER do reviews often, but this was so worth the purchase price and I can't say enough wonderful things about this product! Thanks for making my job easier, as I watch my grand daughter most days and can't survive without this machine! A+++++++ 20 Starts!

I absolutely love my Food Station! It’s so versatile- perfect for every day meals as well as bulk baby food storage. I’ve used it for several different fruits, veggies and meats, not only for baby but for a healthier steaming option for the whole family. Customer service is by far the best I’ve encountered. They were very attentive to my questions and very knowledgeable. I cannot be happier with my purchase. If you’re buying for yourself or for a loved one look no farther- this is the perfect addition to any household. Love it!!

This company is amazing! I highly recommend this baby food maker. It is so much easier to use than I expected. I accidentally broke the handle on the blender and was expecting to pay for a new one, but they sent me one to replace it!
